Maurer Heads for Retirement

The end of this latest season came with heavy news, Brooks Maurer, the Birds manager for the past 7 summers, is calling this one his last as the manager. Maurer led the Redbirds to 154 wins in those seasons with only 43 losses. Maurer still plans to play a little ball this summer. The Redbirds dugout is always welcome to their former manager and teammate.

The future manager of the Redbirds is still undecided.
